Feedback on the Multiple Choice Test (MCT) sat on 25 February 2011.

Results have been posted to candidates who sat the MCT on 25 February 2011. Any candidates who have not received their results by 1 April 2011 should e-mail Jan Tiley at Jan.tiley@ kaplan.co.uk

On this occasion the pass mark was set at 52%. For details of how the pass mark is set please refer to the Kaplan QLTS Marking and Moderation Policy.

The pass rate for the MCT was 60%.

On the whole the cohort did best on questions on contract and business structures. (QLTS Part A Learning Outcomes A5 and A11).

The weakest areas were the regulatory requirements of practice in England and Wales in particular solicitors, accounts and professional conduct. (QLTS Part A Learning Outcome A3).
