1. We reserve the right to vary or cancel any assessment, and/or amend our fees, and will accept no liability if this happens.
2. You have 7 working days from the date of making your booking to cancel the booking by notifying us in writing at the address or e-mail address stated below. After such date, you are not entitled to cancel it and you are liable for the full assessment fee.
3. After the 7 working days, if you wish to re-arrange your assessment, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of £25 plus VAT per assessment day if you transfer more than 60 days before the assessment date or £50 plus VAT per assessment day if you transfer up to 30 days before the assessment date. If you transfer within 30 days of the assessment date you will forfeit the full assessment fee as will candidates who fail to present themselves for their assessment.
4. The candidate and (if listed on your booking form) the firm are jointly and severally liable for payments to us.
5. The assessment fees plus VAT are payable within 28 days of the date of our invoice or at least 28 days before the assessment, whichever is earlier.
6. We reserve the right to exclude a candidate from any assessment unless payment has been received in full but they will remain liable for the assessment fees.
7. Fees are non-refundable, unless we cancel the relevant assessment.
8. We may charge interest at 8% per annum from the due date on outstanding amounts.
9. No Kaplan special offer may be used in conjunction with any other Kaplan special offer.
10. Kaplan special offers and discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to a booking which has already been made.
